Today is the first day of spring, and we have at least six inches of snow! It’s still coming down, so no gardening today. The silver lining is that we get to play in the snow today! We also get a couple more days of rest and relaxation to spend with our family. Thank you, God, for all Your beautiful seasons!

The Bible promises that spring will always come. In fact, we never have to be concerned about the loss of seasons. They come and go; just like the seasons in our lives. So if you are going through a rough season, be encouraged! The joy of spring is right around the corner!

“As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease” (Gen. 8:22 New International Version).
