I always say a prayer when I see an ambulance rushing by, or hear the siren from a firetruck.  Our prayers are heard by God, and they can make a difference in people’s lives.  We may not know how our prayer was answered, until we get to Heaven, but it only takes a few seconds to ask God to intervene.
